Marian Rivera: I don't believe in destiny
MANILA – Just like her character in the movie “Kung Fu Divas,” Marian Rivera said she is not the type of person who relies on destiny.
In an interview with “Bandila” host Boy Abunda Wednesday night, Rivera said she would rather do something to achieve her goals in life than just wait for things to happen.
Rivera believes it would be more fulfilling if she attains something out of her own hard work.
According to Rivera, another thing she learned through her movie is the responsibility that comes when people always compliment her looks.
Kailangan sa bawat lalabas ka, kailangan maganda,” she said.
Rivera said she considers it a challenge because she is just a simple person when she is not in front of the camera.
Rivera is currently promoting her movie “Kung Fu Divas” which she headlines with delas Alas. This is her first movie under Star Cinema.
