
Actor Roy Alvarez Died at 63 due to Cardiac Arrest
Febuary 11, 2014, Veteran actor Roy Alvarez died on Tuesday due cardiac arrest. He was 63.
Alvarez is survived by his wife, Nieves Campa-Alvarez, and daughter, Miren Alvarez, who confirmed the actor's passing with ABS-CBN News.
TV co-stars Maricar de Mesa and Gina Alajar were among the first to share the news on Twitter on Tuesday night, expressing condolences to the family of Alvarez.

Alvarez, whose career spans over 40 years, starred in several TV series, including ABS-CBN's "Juanita Banana" in 2010 and "Guns N' Roses" in 2011.
His last TV project was GMA-7's "Villa Quintana," which is still ongoing.
