Jugs and his longtime girlfriend set a wedding date

After spending the last seven years as a couple, Itchyworms frontman Jugs Jugueta has announced his plans to tie the knot with longtime girlfriend, Andie Aguirre.

In an exclusive interview with ABS-CBN's Gretchen Fullido, the 35-year-old musician revealed that the wedding will happen sometime in May 2015.

But the co-host of the hit noontime program "It's Showtime" stressed that they have yet to start planning for the big date.

"I'm happy na may mauuna sa akin kasi siyempre may paggagayahan ka," he said, referring to the upcoming wedding of "It's Showtime" co-host Karylle with Spongecola vocalist Yael Yuzon.

Asked on whether he plans to have kids with Aguirre, he said: "No but we'll see."

Jugueta revealed his engagement last year when he detailed his proposal in a separate interview on the late night gag show, "Banana Nite."

Jugueta said he surprised Aguirre after she returned from a trip to New York.
